He co-founded TeKnoFirm in 1999 with a focus on Database management, Data Architecture, client/server computing, web-based applications and design services. He is responsible for company's strategic vision and development of ideas and making company profitable. He also provides direction, motivation, energy and professional leadership to the management team to translate the vision into result oriented profitable policies and programs. He directly oversees the marketing and business development efforts to obtain both government and private sector businesses; and maintains an extensive professional network resulting in strategic alliances with other reputed companies.
Atul loves to derive solutions for any complicated problem, think outside the box for business solutions. He adopts a critical approach in problem solving, bordering sometimes on the abstract. He believes that this approach enables clients to get right solutions at the first time and therefore saving time and resources in the future. As the co-founder of TeKnoFirm, Atul instills a no-nonsense, roll-up-your-sleeves approach in providing complete IT solutions to complex business problems.
Prior to TeKnoFirm, Atul held positions as Sr. Database Admin (Lead position) in Andrews and at various client sites as Sr. Consultant or in a lead role. His major contribution to the company is getting direct clients like Fannie Mae, Equant (Formerly Global One), AOL and Government agencies like US Census Bureau, Lockheed Martin and Evolver.

| Sushama Patki – EVP
Sushama co-founded TeKnoFirm in 1999 with a vision to make the company well professional and focused on Database management, Data Architecture, client/server computing, web-based applications and design services. She is responsible for company's day-to-day operations and development in commercial market.
She has over 8 years of business development experience and more than 12 years of Technical experience in the field of Information Technology. Her major achievements include number of achievement awards and certification from leading client and past employers.
Prior to TeKnoFirm, Sushama held positions as Sr. Database Admin (Lead position) in Freddie Mac and at various client sites as Sr. Consultant or in a lead role. Her major contribution to TeKnoFirm is getting direct clients like UUNet / WorldCom, Orchid Bio systems (Product development) and VA State Government/VITA.
